SNACK RECIPE- RAW NORI VEGETABLE WRAPS

 

 

Why this as a snack:

This light snack is a perfect way to nourish your body with all the goods! The list of health benefits of nori goes on, (READ MORE HERE). Some of the benefits include: high in protein, fibre, iodine and iron, it's been found to lower cholesterol, risk of cancer and to improve bone health. Adding those raw vegetables and sprinkle of sesame seeds to the mix you will assure your body with plenty of the good whilst keeping the calories low!

 

What you Need:

1 large carrot (72 g)

1/3 cucumber (100g)

10 Raw Green Beans (55 g)

2 Nori wraps

1 tbsp Sesame seeds

 

What To Do 

  1. Cut up the carrot and cucumber to thin strips

  2. Place Carrot, cucumber and the raw green beans onto the nori wraps. Sprinkle with spices of choice and sesame seeds.

  3. Wrap the nor around the raw veggies and seal with water on the edge. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife.

  4. Enjoy!
