DRINK & SHINE- SUPPLEMENT FOR YOUR MIND
I have always been a big fan of supplementing my body right with vitamins and minerals that may necessarily be needed as we as a population don’t get enough of this from today’s modern diet. But at the end of the day, all our actions to steer a healthy body starts from the mind… so why not supplement the mind for optimal cognitive function too? Therefore, I tried out Shine+ Drink- it is Australia’s first drink consisting on compounds that enhance mental performance and brain health.
Shine+ Drink doesn’t contain artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners at all. After drinking Shine+, I feel more alert, energetic, focused for my training session and I can bust out a lot of work on my laptop if that’s what I am doing at that stage… Like now, doing research and writing up this blog post.
