"My personal road to a fitter, stronger, faster, leaner, healthier body started a few years ago. The photo on the left is from 2011 when I was doing a lot of cardio and eating a lot of refined sugar, and the photo on the right is from early 2016. Changing your shape dramatically takes time, although a lot of changes can be seen in shorted periods of time. A better, healthier, results giving lifestyle has to start somewhere- and today is YOUR DAY. Developing my knowledge about nutrition, the best exercise methodes to get the results I wanted and learning to understand how my body react to foods and exercise has given me my results and I am now eager to shar my knowledge with you!
