"Fitness was the main reason why I came on this fitness retreat in Greece, and I was not disappointed. The workouts were perfect! Starting with a warmup which already was good (and the heat). Every workout was focusing on a few parts of the body which was amazing and hard. After the first day already everything was hurting me, which felt great since usually at the gym I don't push myself so hard. But having Camill there standing there and expecting the hard work I really wanted to push myself that extra mile. Camilla motivaed us and it felt great training this hard again. Camilla was also able to come up with alternative moves if someone had an injury etc. She was also inventive- on one of the very hot days she gave us a choice to run or to swim. It was the perfect combination of strenght training and cardio. In genneral it was a really great experience <3. Thanks a lot!!"
