CORE 28 OVERVIEW

With only 28 minutes per day of training, for 28 days, you will work on strengthening your core muscles for optimal health and a flat stomach. The core is the body’s centre of power. Weakened core muscles can result in many health complications. This is why training and keeping your core muscles strong is vital. Incorporating the CORE 28 challenging workout regime to your lifestyle will ignite motivation and help you lose fat in integration with a clean, nutritious, lowered calorie diet. The plan consists of three strength training routines with the use of a resistance band and three bodyweight circuits. On your rest day you are suggested to enjoy a 28-minute brisk walk. The CORE 28 plan will guide you through training and engagement of your core every day!
