What does the 12 week coaching plan include?

= A personalized nutrition & fitness plan adjusted to your body, preferences and your goal... You will receive:

  • meal plan according your body, goal, and preferences of foods. The plan is simple to follow and based on calories that will help you reach your goal and macronutrients are also taken into consideration depending on your body type and what it is you are trying to achieve. 
  • Camilla will apply changes in the plan throughout the programdepending on how your body is reacting to the plan
  • fitness plan according to your goal and your body type. Camilla will add intensity to your plan throughout the program
  • Supplement guidance including Camilla's Supplement advice eBook where you can get a better understanding of what supplements to use when and why
  • Camillas BodyPower eBook where you can learn more about your body, a healthy mindset and how to stay fit
  • Ongoing support and coaching. I will be here for any advice and help you with questions throughout the length of your plan!
