Booty Band Workout with Aura Eve- from my Travel Fitness Guide | CAMILLA AKERBERG
Booty, booty, booty, bootayyy! A booty band is the perfect light equipment to take along in your luggage on your travels as well as to train at home with or in combination with your gym weight session. You can do booty band workouts almost anywhere! In your hotel room, on a boat, park, hotel gym or as part of an equipped gym workout as a little circuit to activate your glutes before hitting heavier weights.
Here is a little Aura Eve Booty Band circuit taken out of my Travel Fitness Guide.
LOWER BODY WORKOUT
· Perform each exercise for 20 seconds before changing to the next. Repeat for both sides if it’s a single leg exercise.
· Perform circuits 3 times. No break in between rounds.
· Have a 60 second break then move on to circuit two.
TABATA: 4 minutes
20 seconds on.
10 seconds off.
Repeat 8 times.
4 minutes all up.
BB Donkey kicks
BB Side leg lifts
BB Walking lunges with glute kick
BB Crab walks
BB Glute bridges
BB Single leg glute bridges
BB Squat pulses
BB Squat jumps
