When you are on vacation, you might not want to totally give up on your fitness routine. You might be traveling a lot for work, or simply want to stay fit whilst you travel! This guide is your solution to time- efficient workouts anywhere from your hotel room, beach, boat, poorly equipped hotel gym or a fully equipped gym if you happen to stumble across one of those on your adventures.
