This 12-week Diet Transformation and Training challenge is designed to teach you more about your body, nutrition, understanding your goal and takes you through step by step how to build your own meal plan according to your body type and goal. With training 5 days per week tand plenty of booty building exercises we work towards optimal health and building that base
Step 1: NUTRITION LEARNING PHASE (week 1-4)
• Get your nutrition on track!
• Set a realistic fitness goal
• Learn about eating according to your body type, blood type and goal
• Get an understanding of hormones that affect your body composition
• Learn how to portion size right, how to eat so you feel healthy inside out and supplements that will help you feeling healthy
Step 2: TRANSITION WEEK PHASE (week 5)
• Build your own meal plan with help each step of the way
• Throw out bad junk foods and fill your fridge with foods that nutritious and healthy
• Get ready for the practical challenge and the training to begin
• Receive your chosen whole body workout plan
Step 3: TRAINING & MEAL PLAN PHASE (week 6-12)
• The practical challenge begins!
• Transform your nutrition and eat according to your health and booty fitness goal with the help of your meal plan which will help you eat the right foods in quantities that suit your body and goal
• Follow your training plan and push yourself in the gym! Progress intensity from week to week.
