In this full-body gym workout plan we put an emphasis on shaping that base! We all want that perfect looking perky bum, and it won’t appear if you don’t work on it! This plan will combine activation exercises with working under heavier weight load to properly get your gluteus muscles firing and we will target both your slow and fast twitch muscle fibres for optimal results. You will also have some cardio in your plan in form of HIIT, strongman and plyometric exercises. This 7 week exercise plan is split into 2 phases and the plan changes after 3 weeks to keep it interesting and so that you keep your body guessing what’s to come next!

Camilla Akerberg's 7 Week Training Program- The bikini body booty transformation training guide is a full-body training program with emphasis on building and shaping your butt! For our glute work- we work on gluten activation in combination with weight training and some more intense circuit days to keep down the body-fat.
This is a gym program that consist of training five days of the week. It combines circuits, activation work with bands and strenght training with heavier weights for ultimate booty building and shaping results. The workouts are easy to follow with illustrations of all the exercises. You can either print out the program or have it conveniently on your phone.
You will be receiving weekly emails from Camilla to help you stay on motivated and on track and you will receive an updated training program after three weeks to help keep your body guessing. You are urged to measure your results from week to week.
Training your legs and glutes is so much more than just getting the booty shape you are after- leg strength is also vital for posture and health. Building strength in your glutes and legs can help you better your posture, help with back pain issues and will increase your strength for everyday functional movements! Working on strenghtening your glutes will also automatically help you engage your core and help with tightening your midsection for that ultimate bikini body.

This is a whole body gym plan, but with your glutes as a focus- so you do need access to a gym with equipment. This plan is perfect for gym goers wanting to build a booty! Beginners also welcome and catered for with exercise options that are easier. There are illustrations for how to perform each exercise. Seeing a trainer to help you with you form for the initial part of the program can be useful if you are unsure how to perform any of the exercises.
