Combine my nutrition program with my 7-week full body home training plan in a 12-week challenge! The HOME training plan combine resistance exercises, activation exercises, body weight exercises, HIIT and plyometric exercises for fat loss and toning results. The plan is divided into two phases- Accumulation phase (week 1-3) and intensification phase (week 4-7), where we change up the plan and add intensity so that your body doesn’t adapt to the program!

This 7 week exercise plan is split into 2 phases and the plan changes after 3 weeks to keep it interesting and so that you keep your body guessing what’s to come next! We work on overall strength and combine both glute activation exercises and core stability work to the program.

This whole body workout plan is perfect for anyone wanting to add in some exercise to their lifestyle, but doesn’t have a gym to go to or prefer training anywhere at any time. This program is a perfect add to a weight loss goal when combined with a lower calorie diet, or to anyone wanting to be healthier and stronger! This plan also suits older individuals well. There are illustrations for how to perform each exercise. Seeing a trainer to help you with you form for the initial part of the program can be useful if you are unsure how to perform any of the exercises. Get this plan to get your body back moving!
