You can make it from home!
Combine my nutrition program with my 7-week full body home training plan in a 12-week challenge! The HOME training plan combine resistance exercises, activation exercises, body weight exercises, HIIT and plyometric exercises for fat loss and toning results. The plan is divided into two phases- Accumulation phase (week 1-3) and intensification phase (week 4-7), where we change up the plan and add intensity so that your body doesn’t adapt to the program!

This is an at-home program that consist of training five days of the week. It combines circuits and strenght training with limited weights and equipment for ultimate fat loss and toning results to help you get a more toned body. The workouts are easy to follow with illustrations of all the exercises. You can either print out the program or have it conveniently on your phone.
You will be receiving weekly emails from Camilla to help you stay on motivated, on track and you will receive an updated training program after three weeks to help keep your body guessing. You are urged to measure your results from week to week.
We are working towards a toned body. This training guide help you with fat loss and strengthening your physique, including your glutes and ‘core’. We work on a lot of glute activation and your 'core', which is the midsection of your body. Your core involves all muscles in your front, back and on your sides. Your core includes everything from your innermost layer of muscle- the traverse abdominis (TVA), your internal and external obliques, erector spinae that strengthen and rotates your back and your lower lats. The muscles in your core are stabilizers for your entire physique and a vital part to keep strong for a healthy body.

This program is a perfect add to a weight loss goal when combined with a lower calorie diet, or to anyone wanting to be healthier and stronger! This plan also suits older individuals well. There are illustrations for how to perform each exercise. Seeing a trainer to help you with you form for the initial part of the program can be useful if you are unsure how to perform any of the exercises. Get this plan to get your body back moving!
