Dive into a fun-filled week of fitness, yoga, adventures and new friendships. Explore a new part of the world with a group of likeminded people. We train and do yoga every day and leave time for hikes, adventures and exploring the surrounding area.

We will be staying right on the beach in the middle of Tulum at Shambala Petit Hotel. Here, we will start the days with the incredible sunrise and being surrounded by nature there are adventures and activities right at our doorstep! Besides all the daily training and yoga classes, we will enjoy stand up paddle boarding, beach walks, beautiful healthy food (vegan options available) and everything Tulum has to offer.
With the two extra nights of included accommodation you can then explore Tulum further with your new fit friends!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included for the 5 retreat days, and breakfast is included in your two extra nights stay as well- giving you the opportunity to venture out to cafes and restaurants on your free days.

We will be staying in an incredible Nordic country style timber villa, about an hour away from the capital city, Helsinki. Here, we are surrounded by the Finnish nature and all the adventures and activities that comes with it! Besides all the training and yoga classes, we will enjoy beach saunas, swims in the sea and lake, dinner by the fireplace, picking mushrooms and berries in the Finnish forests, hikes, fun times with new friends, bee farming workshop, incredible Nordic healthy food, Kayaking adventure and a visit to the beautiful summer town Porvoo. And why not add in a couple of extra days after the retreat to explore Helsinki for a weekend to complete your Finland experience!
